I went with my brother and one year old son to have lunch. Great family restaurant vibe (i.e., you can definitely take the kids here for lunch; not sure about dinner!). The food was excellent. We shared the large platter and also had a lamb dish that was very memorable. Can't wait to go again!

Nice Ethiopian. My first time having this cuisine in NYC! The decor is clean and minimal, but it works. This evening their was only one lady in the front managing all the tables. Being a Monday night not very busy. She was friendly and helpful explaining the menu and making recommendations. We ordered 2 appetisers and 3 mains between three of us. The portions are quite big and we landed up eating a lot as the food was delicious!! Would highly recommend this place... and will surely plan to visit again!

Absolutely one of my favorite spots in the city. The folks who run this place remind me of my uncle and auntie back home. The space is beautiful and welcoming. The food is fresh, well-spiced with generous portions. I recommend taking a friend and sharing the platters. You get to try a bit of everything and leave with leftovers for the following day... Very grateful for this lovely spot...
